When you’ve given our proposal the green light, we can go ahead and finalize your homes concept drawings . At Kerikeri Builders, we sort out all the details – testing the ground bearings, handling septic, stormwater, resource consents, contour plans, earthworks… we know that each site’s a unique challenge, and that’s why we don’t go in with a one-time strategy. We treat every build with the utmost care.
You say yes to our finished plans once, we handle all arrangements with the council. When they give us the go-ahead, we start on your build. At Kerikeri Builders, we know how important it is to be involved in watching your dream come to life. That’s why we have five meetings with you during the build process – all part of our five-star service.

You’ll receive product and service warranties, your maintenance schedule, insurance documentation, information on your 12-month defect period, and Certificate of Practical Completion 4.
